1 They rallied to survive relegation, then carried on that form into the next season....it happens. It was odd how they were destined to be relegated then suddenly started winning almost every game.
It was odd watching Pearson becoming increasingly shifty in interviews around that time, then mysteriously sacked.
It was odd how a mediocre player like Vardy suddenly had a dramatic jump in form. Accompanied by his suspicious plaster cast.
It was odd how they looked significantly fitter than every other team, up until stricter substance checks were introduced.
It was odd how many of their opponents openly stated that they wanted Leicester to win the league, before going on to lose to them.
It was odd how their players recovered from injuries that would normally take weeks instead of days to come back from.
It was odd how as soon as they won the title they went straight back to being mediocre also-rans.
Whether something sketchy was going on or not, plenty of people were drawing attention to the unusual things happening long before they won the title. I don't think people finding it all a bit questionable is odd at all.
2 Pressure got to him, never been under that level of scrutiny before, lost the plot, it happens.
3 He's not mediocre, he's a good striker, with lightening pace who had the best season of his career, it happens.
4 So they managed to dope an entire team for an entire season without failing a single test?...that doesn't happen.
5 They were the fairytale, people want the fairytale.
6 More doping? OK.
7 They flogged the most important cog in their machine who was voted player of the year, and didn't adequately replace him...refs also cracked down on all defenders holding off the ball, these two things fucked them, massively.
Let it go.
