'Ya want some?! ?

WTF!!!
At the moment I don't know what they are saying, mainly because few people who know me want to converse. However, from experience it is normally better to get opinions from away supporters than our own supporters. Spurs supporters (or any supporters actually) tend to be far to bias, and are ridiculously optimistic. Ask half the supporters on any Spurs site what the results will be for the next ten games and they will predict a win for every game. Supporters of other teams are far more objective. In the good old days when supporters of other clubs were allowed in pubs around the ground I would go out of my way to talk them.

It's pretty funny. 3rd last season and we literally have the same squad. Even if Toby goes abroad we didn't sell him to a PL team, and Sanchez has proved more than capable of filling his slot.
Did anyone happen to listen to TalkSport tonight with Goldstein and Cundy (I know.....)
Anyway, a West Ham fan called Daniel called in and said that for the first time in a long time, West Ham have a superior squad than Spurs... and in particular, a superior bench with cover everywhere. They both said ‘superior? You know that means better don’t you’?
Cundy asked him to name West Ham’s bench and this guy stared stuttering and said ‘erm, well we have Andy Carroll’. Cundy asked who else and this guy literally couldn’t name one apart from ‘the skilful one from Brazil’ (who I assume is a starter anyway....). Then Goldstein asked who’s on Spurs’ bench. The guy tried to change the subject and when they wouldn’t let it go, he was saying things like ‘oof, now you’re asking’ and ‘well you’re putting me on the spot now’. They then said ‘well you said specifically that your bench is superior and that you’ve studied the benches, so we have to ask’. They wouldn’t leave it alone until the guy said ‘you’ve made a real mug of me ain’t ya’ ?
Honestly it was one of the most cringiest and funniest things I’d heard in a long time. Even (most) West Ham fans listening to that would’ve been completely embarrassed. I hate Cundy and I’m not overly keen on Goldstein but they completely schooled him and made him look like a right twat. His admission of failure in the end was a thing of beauty.
Prick.
