Bloody hell. I've been on here 11 years and I didn't realise that.

Time to turn the computer off if you have been on here for 11 years, alot has changed in the outside world!! ;)

I have been a member of this site for 10 years..more than I thought, or want to remember!

I must have been on here basically every day since.

Nothing wrong with jumping to block the cross. The ball touched his hand completely by accident. It wasn't headed goal wards off his back either.

Not a penalty and if it was a Spurs player you'd agree.
The problem is for me, is that he made his arms as big as possible, you can see in slow motion that he deliberately moved his arms into that position. Not mention he could see the ball as it was kicked if you look at the replays closely as he turned away after the ball was kicked.

For me, this is why it was penalty, deliberate use of the arms to make oneself bigger. He could very easily have kept his arms in a safer way to avoid being struck. But he didn't, he bent those arms almost doubling the size of his torso. Thus increasing his chance of blocking that shot.

The fact that he could or could not see the ball, that he jumped for it... Is just a moot point.

I've never heard him described as a brilliant musician by anybody that plays the guitar, and that includes me. Bog standard and average, at best.

I agree with you and you also bring us to an important moment in this thread's life span. We've done grammar, we've heard about the poverty levels in Liverpool and we all understand the rules about handball. The only thing left which hasn't been covered in here is the Blur Vs Oasis rivalry from the britpop era... Have at it! Blur rule!!!1

@Shadydan @ikky I am new to this forum, so I have no idea why exactly you have rated my post as spam, not that it bothers me. But I am getting the distinct impression that there are cliques on this forum and people who think that they have a higher moral authority of what is and what isn't, simply because they have been around for a longer time.

From the disgusting behaviour in the match day thread, to the way other Spurs fans talk too and treat other Spurs fans, I am beginning to regret ever joining this forum, more importantly, I have never been so disgusted by other Spurs supporters as I have been since coming here.

I think a lot of Spurs fans on this forum are not much better than the so called "deluded/scum/moronic" fans of other teams as frequently pointed out in this thread.

If replying to a post on a subject which Man City spent nearly 80 pages crying like babes over on blue moon, then referring to said reply on said subject is spam then I can only hold you in the same regard that you seem to hold other fans of other teams.

Don't take it personally, mate.

Gotta have a thick skin in this place. Not gonna be kumbaya and unicorns around here. We've all supported spurs too long...there are scars.

Stick around, you'll get used to it.

Oh, and it's the funniest football forum on the internet. Can't have it all. ;)

I am chilled, been watching the game on my new King size bed. Only a hoard of sexy ladies, tending to my cum cannon, could make it any better... Oh and if Spurs had won of course.

Still I am just curious as why so many Spurs fans on this forum are just so nasty to each other and all the other shit that goes on.

But as with all forums, the way something is said is always down to the reader and their interpretation.

So I wish you good evening and all the best and COYS!! :)
