What spurs need to sign

ive been reading the various threads and all the players that our linked to spurs. If the sale of berba and keano will raise about 48-50 million then in my oponion sell them both. though i would be very sad to see them go, if there hearts are not in the cause then let them go. The money would mean we can start signing players in the areas that need strengthening. firstly we will need 2 strickers one of which can hold the ball up and link the midfield with the attack. The next area in my oponion that needs strengthening is not that of left winger but what we desperatly need is a holding midfielder. i like zoko but is he the player to take us to the next level? can huddlestone step up??? We need an essien or a mascherano to do the dirty work, and let the likes of modric, dos santos lennon run freely. lastly we need another central defender. as much as i believe dawson is a good back up, but with ledders and woody being injury prone we need a player of experience to step in. Dawson makes to many mistakes (ie, man utd in the fa cup, and the one on one vs torres at the lane was dispicable.) the signings of bently and capel perhaps would be an improvement, but i suppose only one of the two will be signed not both. With less than a month till kick off we are in desperate need of quality if we are to have any chance of breaking into the top four or as things stand we are lokoing at another fight for 5th place. to take Tottenham to the next level we need quality not quanity. coys
