I think Ian Wright essentially answered the Debate question appropriately by saying "at the moment".
Wise was going by overall recent history.
In essence there's an argument to be had for both being correct, as much as I dislike Wise. There's nothing to say Chelsea won't get another good manager in the summer and get another positive swing that pushes them up towards the title again, or other trophies, they have done it before.
We are however, currently the number one team in London in the table and with the brightest and stable future as things stand.
