This season has been a disappointment, in spite of the Carling cup. Im starting to think Ramos is a friggin' genius for putting together that run and succeeding amidst the mediocrity that prevailed the rest of the year.

why should they need motivation? I dont know about you but ANY game i play is one i want to win because i hate losing, or even drawing. If the current team has to have something to play for just to be bothered to turn up it says alot about the mentality of the team.

I'm with you there. Certainly isn't a very positive indictation of the mindset of our current squad.

but I'll keep on saying Berbs is our player of the season as long as he is, (and it's not just an SC thing BTW - we're not only the site you know - though the best

because I think it's a vital point to make in face of all the flak that Berbs is getting

once again he put in a good performance yesterday - but I've read post after post on various sites having a dig at him - ridiculous - so it's just like with JJ and my various other crusades over the years - as long as people keep attacking - I'll kep defending

Hi Chrissi - most goals most assists - also involved in a lot of 'pre-assists' ie playing a crucial role in build up to a goal - all round linking and target man play

and oh he's great to watch - a true Spurs artist-

brity unfair on defenders and goalkeepers if its judjed that way isn't it?
In what way isn't he player of the season...because he got less votes than Keane. Thats a fact.

Berbatov is our best player, but it doesn't mean that he will be our player of the season.
He has come under alot of attach, but tell me one player over the season who hasn't. There isn't many of them around. Hutton or Woodgate are the only 2, and they have only been here half a season.

Hi chrissi - fair comments - I said at the time of the results I disagreed with it - and I disagree with it still - yes Keane is SC's player of the season - but he ain't mine

it's like when Thatcher was PM - yes she won the elections but I never agreed that she should have been PM - and I still think she did more harm than good - at the same time I though the Labour party elected the wrong people to fight her and Major etc etc

as citizens we have to get on with it - doesn't mean we have to agree with it

People forget that when berbs was shit Keane was good. Now Keane is shit and Berbs is good.
