I understand your point Stoof and god, we need some optimism as fans, but even you must admit mate, that the difference this year is we are making faaaaaar to many mistakes in defence and the heart just seems to have disappeared from the team. :shrug:
It's an argument whether we're being punished for our mistakes more than we were last year?
We looked ropey at times then too, the only thing I can point to is Dawson and Kaboul having only played a handful of games with each other. I know it's not much to go on, and the excuse is starting to grate on many-a-fan but I honestly think it will come good. I think I have to believe that, don't I?
I'm upset that people were even contemplating relegation. Two wins and the right results elsewhere could see us move 8-9 places up the League. Everyone's is beating everyone, we're due a good run and I wouldn't be surprised if it started on Sunday after a rousing European routing of Getafe.
We can but dream, of course.
