5th. We got 2 away games coming up against relegation sides, we know what that usually means sadly....

In our favour, Villa are nearly as miserable as Blackburn and Fulham are one of the most awful sides away from home in the premiership.
If Tottenham get these games right...

A lot could depend on how tonight's game and Wednesday game between Chelsea Newcastle goes.
If City win, they must beat Newcastle. If they lose, league over, they wont care.
If Chelsea beat Newcastle, Newcastle wont care going into the City game. If Utd beat City, and Newcastle draw or beat Chelsea on Wednesday, then City have nothing to play for while Newcastle are fighting for 3rd/4th still.
We'll know an awful lot more by 10pm on Wednesday night.

I really think that the England news will mean that for once in a few months the team wil fight for 'Arry to keep his job.

Bolton are shit. Villa are shit. Fulham are already in pre season. Arsenal are shit. Newcastle are going to fall to pieces. Chelseas luck will run out.....
Unfortunatly, we are Spurs. And we know we all fuck things up when things start to look better.

It's based on 40 near forty years of having expectation kicked out of me regularly by this club, and to be honest the recent weeks performances have left me feeling more disillusioned than ever before. Ten points clear, and we fucked it up.

Third is still possible, but it's obviously out of our hands. I wouldn't bet on Arsenal though. It's a slim advantage IF we win our game in hand.
Fourth seems most likely to me, which is great as long as Chelsea don't go and win the CL. Strangely, if we do snatch 3rd then I would be happy enough to see them beat Bayern.
Fifth would feel like a disaster. More likely than third based on the last few weeks, but Newcastle will do well to get more points than us considering their fixtures. Chelsea look like hot shit at the moment. They would be more likely to steal it, and that would be crushing. Still, match their results and we'll beat them. Obviously.

I've gone for 4th...purely on the forlorn hope that Chelsea and Newcastle have to play one another, adn both have tougher matches than us, theroetically, aside fom that head-to-head.
If it was just on form, and placing the Blackburn win in its proper perspective as being at home against the most abject side I believe I have ever seen fight relegation, I would probably say 5th.

If we win the next 2 games i believe we will finish 3rd, lose on wednesday i think 4 will be difficuilt.

Very difficult to say but I think we will scrape 4th, I think Chelsea will win the champions league though. But hey fourth place will still be great won't it?
course it will as were used to coming 10th every season and being a mid table club
