I'm fairly sure they just make it up or grab it from a tabloid, just like that £28m (or whatever it supposedly was) Cavani and Kjaer 'bid'.

At last, the opportunity to get off my chest, to a bunch of strangers, (alright, I know -we're all part of the same Spurs family) a phrase the media use for footballers, film stars and anyone trying to escape the limelight. And it really gets on my tits whenever I hear it used.
