You know this kills me.On the Night Redknapp got the bullet, there was a Skybet representitive on Sky sports, and he was saying everyones going for Moyes or Martinez, but he actually said the best bet is AVB at 25s, as he was then, because he fits the criteria and theres no compensation.As soon as he said it it all fit so well, so i didnt back him.

Bet big on Blanc and Deschamps, and used AVB to cover those losses. So, think I put a tenner on at 5/1, 50 quid back, which will just about cover the 30 I put on each of those first two I mentioned !

How can you be 150 up when 150 up would have been how you would have been if you had just bet on AVB?


I stuck a not very exciting fiver on at about 4/1. I was verrrrry close to using that as cover on Blanc/Deschamps.

Got him very early on at 12s and then 16s best price, although I had cover with Moyes, Blanc and couldnt resist a small punt on Pep just in case!
