I think it's Kaboul fuck he's quick!

Powerful and quick!

With the ball bale!
Without Kaboul or Bale or Walker too close to call all scarily quick
Over 20 meters Lennon without a shadow of a doubt

Also know there is a few players you wouldnt tho l are that quick but are in the prem

Corluka actually is not slow just has not got very good acceleration!
Bassong is also quick!
Ekotto is quick!

Actually if we compare out team too uniteds for pace

De gea > Freidel
Walker > Smalling
Kaboul > Jones
King > Vidic
Ekotto > Evra (his pace has gone a bit)
Lennon > Nani
Parker > Carrick
Anderson > Modric
Bale > Young
Rooney > VDV
Hernandez > Adebayor

Just asked my mates who they think is the fastest team both said spurs easy

Guy I know went along to training when they were doing sprint tests etc in pre season, Kaboul was the fastest.

Walker is without doubt the fastest sprinter.

Bale probably would win over 400m though.

King was the fastest player at spurs about 3 years ago, faster than Lennon but the second knee and the numerous groin injuries means he's probably not. Still very fast for a 6ft 3 lad at 15-16 stone.

I posed the question on Monday on twitter.. with Walker, benny, Kaboom and King have we got the fastest back 4 in european football? In our league i guess City runs us the closest.

Richard Lescott Kompany Clichey

i think our average speed is faster still.

With the ball under proper control I'd say Bale- otherwise Lennon.

I would say City have a decent amout of pace Dzeko, Agureo, Silva, Johnson, Richards, Yaya can move for the size of him. United too with Nani, Roo, Hernandez, Young, Valencia. Would be intresting to see a race :).
Dzeko and Johnson aren't overly quick.

thanks for all the responses guys

surprised to see Kaboom up there but he probably doesn't get the chance to show his speed not being a flanker

I'd say Lennon is the quickest over 10-15 yards which is what he needs. I reckon then Walker upto about 75m then Bale would win at 100m

Be nice to know for real!

I'd say Agbonlahor is as fast as Lennon and Kaboul just edges Bassong.

I think it used to be Lennon but Walkers speed and acceleration is very impressive. The assist for VDV at Ewood and the cross that set up Bale at Fulham when he beat Riise to the ball spring to mind.

Walkers faster than Agbang'a'Hoare, twice in the same attack, Kaboul if someones got proof like nicdic says then we have to listen, i had the pleasure of standing next to him the other day, the fella is massive...i'm not talking crouch but just BIG! the fellas immense but if i had a pound....Bale..just!
