I'm not a fan of North American "football" but I am a huge fan of North American marketing and I believe our bean counter has hit the jackpot with this one.
Whatever moniker is finally attached to our new stadium it'll become a household name, worldwide, in no time giving us an exposure similar to what Man Ure now has, thereby truly allowing us in the not too distant future to compete for the best players around.

Basically the new WHL will be the home of the NFL in the UK if not Europe. That can only be a good thing in regards revenue and exposure. Also means we're in a good position for a mega buy-out by an American outfit in the future, which I suspect is actually what this is all about.

I would have no problem with that, as long as the identity of the football club is kept as the primary objective. The idea of THFC becoming in any way marginalised by any of these NFL franchises leaves me stone cold.
