I posted this on another site but thought I would post on here to. I'm almost certain most of you have seen this but still this is one stunning video of our great club and one that should be shoved infront of the faces of this sorry lot currently playing for this spurs side. Never have I had such a dislike of a spurs side than I do now and it's sad but this is how a lot of us feel. Anyway enjoy this video and prepare from some serious goosebumps because if you don't feel any emotion watching this then you are not a spurs fan. The commentator saying "They terrorise teams at white lane" and Crouches goal against Mancity to send us to the CL is what really got me. How far we have regressed in such little time.

Feel sick watching this and thinking about what we're left with atm. The current squad think that they're doing us a favour by playing for us but when you look at the teams of old I think its obvious that it is actually the opposite.

Seeing the cult hero thread got me thinking about the 87 team & how close we were to having a title winning team only for it to be dismantled within a couple of seasons, eerily similar to what happened with the Modric team, that day against Liverpool was football perfection they might of had higher scoreline wins against us since then but that day they couldn't even touch the ball.

Still got that match recorded. Might just watch that on Saturdays and Sundays this season instead.

Also got a recording of our 4-0 v Newcastle, which I was fortunate enough to see live. Looking back, I'd say that game represented the peak of our team in the last three decades. Everything went downhill pretty quickly after that.

I have invested so many ours of my life watching, reading, listening to the radio, watching Spurs games on TV, traveling to London and hoping Tottenham Hotspur one day will repay me by winning the league. I love the club, the fans, the style, the clothes, WHL and players like Jennings, Perryman, Ardiles, Hoddle, Gazza, Chivers, Peters, Mabbutt and Nicholson to name a few. Spurs runs through my veins, my heart and my soul.

Today we suffer, we feel the agony players and supporters. As fans we don't always quite understand what is going wrong inside our club, but as fans we see players suffer, loosing form. I guess it is the pain and pleasure of being a diehard Spurs fan. COYS

awesome.

Shame how just 3 years ago we were worldbeaters and 'terrorizing' teams and now we are getting beaten up by Stoke City at home!

Just to play devil's advocate, we were also losing at home to Wolves, Wigan and Norwich, amongst others, under Harry.

I love Spurs because my Dad told me that we were the only team to support when I was 8 years old.

The prick...

We really were on our way weren't we? Clubs like us just aren't allowed to have great players and great teams anymore are we? The slightest sign of serious success and *swoosh*, along comes a European giant to lure them all away.

*sigh*

They need to show this vid in the dressing room.

Not that it will make an ounce of difference!

Seen it 100 times, and yet it still brings up goosebumps and stirs within me all of the emotion I feel for the club.

If only we had players who felt the same!

I bloody love this club. I must be certifiable
That sums it up really. Couldn't give it up if I tried. We need to keep our heads high and keep positive. Influence in areas that we can i.e. make the world think that Spurs have amazing support. At the moment we are very much seen in a bad light. We can change that for a start. COYS

We were also beating Arsenal away, Liverpool 4-0 at home, Man.City away, AC Milan away, Inter Milan at home, destroying Norwich away, Wigan 9-1, Arsenal at home fairly regularly, Man.U away I could go on!

Fair enough losing the odd home game to these teams, this stuff happens. However this season we have the worst home form in the league, got smashed 3-0 in or own backyard by Liverpool and lost to 3 very mediocre teams after that. Harry lost maybe 3-4 home games a season, we've already lost that amount now and its only November.
