Stupid?

WTF!

He posts a completely innocent comment, "Good morning Guys, just to let you know that i'm not injured ! Hope that we can win the game today" and you slag him off for it, yet when Sherwood slags off our players in public (not just Sandro yesterday), you give him a free pass???

Innocent yes but still stupid. His manager has to then justify the comment to the media.

Sandro has barely had a run of games due to him being a bit of a sicknote recently. Yet people seem to be writing him off just because his passing isn't great or he gives away free kicks.

The thing is, most of our squad can't pass the ball and a player of Sandro's type will always give away free kicks.

He doesn't deserve special treatment due to his character. But he deserves respect and a run of games because at his best he is up there with the finest DM in the league and certainly the finest at our club. And even when not at his best he leaves everything on the pitch.

People are prepared to give Paulinho the benefit of the doubt, even though he regularly does fuck all all game except a couple of flicks. Or Dembele because he has great passing stats, except 99% of them are sideways.

Every team needs a great spine and Sandro is integral to that spine.

You shouldn't ever refer to someone as a cancer, out of order. You don't like Tim, that's fine. You don't need to go over the top
Anyone who is as malignant as Tim with the intentionts to fuck with a mostly stable club like Tim has done for the past few years is a cancer to that club. Maybe strong, but its the truth and certainly not "over the top". What's a better word, disease? Im not beng insensitive either. Many of my family members have passed away from cancer.

Wouldn't go that far even though bringing AVB to the club is rather unforgivable.

Another personal insult, trademark of AVB fanboys. Guess when there isn't single thing that back ups your opinion of Ginger Messiah, you have to make it ad hominen.
Yeah sorry I forgot that you guys are allowed to personally attack me 50 to 1 but I cant return the favor. Sorry, wont happen again. Idiot.

And AVB fanboy? Hardly. Nice try though, Tim.

Of course it's over the top, because you don't know what he is doing, you are guessing. As for a mostly stable club? Are you being real? We hire and fire mangers like almost no other, and the team was completely overhauled last summer and none of that has anything to do with Sherwood.

What has he done for the past "few years" to destabilise the club? Was he really destabilising the club when Harry was manager?

A better word? Why do you need to use such ridiculous terms? If you don't like him, as I said that's fine. I thought AVB was useless and explained why in terms which don't offend or go over the top. Using extreme words does not make you right.

Even Pirlo (one of the best deep lying playmakers ever) had a Gattuso playing next to him

Yes, but we don't have a Pirlo and if we did any manager would play him and we were playing fulham at home ffs not juventus....

It's about the club not about one player, Sandro is being a egocentric ball bag.

Am I the only one that is completely done with your tirade of vitriolic, poorly judged insults to fellow Spurs fans? This is meant to be a football forum - a place for discussion and debate not for self-obsessed mud-slinging. Opinions will always differ but reducing it it name calling is just pathetic and not what most if us come on here to read.

You've already basically ruined the Sherwood out thread for a lot of people. I think most of us out be very grateful if you stopped doing it to any others.

And if you genuinely think the manager of a football club is comparable to cancer then I suggest you might need a time-out to see if you can find some kind of sense of perspective. It's one if the most personally and jaw-droppingly offensive things that I've read on here in a long while.

The world and this forum aren't out to get you dude but clearly a lot of things you say rub people up the wrong way. Probably not the right place to discuss it so I'll stop there but when you're discussing cancer in a thread about Sandro could be a signal for a time-out.

Sandro is actually a fairly limited player. Important, but limited.

Agree but he's damn fine at what he does. And he's no more limited than Dembele, albeit in a different way.

Those two are still the best CM pairing we have. Let Sandro stop the opposition, let Dembele retain the ball in tight spaces and play the creative players in front of them (although we are still short of another creative player imo).
