Agreed that the 3 points is most important. However, our results have worsened since we started playing long ball. What I wouldnt give to go back to earlier in the season when Defoe and Keane were tearing defenses apart(on the floor!).

All this negativity about long ball football and Crouch I can understand but think this only became a problem when Daws came back in the team. Dawsons long cross field balls aren't that bad but aren't suited to Crouch. Before Dawsons injury we actually played football and now we don't.

Don't get me wrong think Dawson is good defender but with ball at his feet he is bit thick!

You don't know just how true that probably is, mind you, looking at the pitch long balling it is probably the best option to be fair.
