True. But still shows how Palace have looked at their weak squad and have realised that last year they were a one man team (did they even win a game without Zaha?). When you consider that Zaha is not a great goal scorer himself, and Palace did not have any other goal scorers to finish the chances he created, they needed quite an offensive overhaul. So Ings, Ayew, Meyer ... all players who will combine to score more than the 9 goals Zaha delivered whilst giving more resilience to injuries throughout the season.

At times It most definitely is.

What is more worrying is we have been told by a few ITKs Alli and Eriksen have signed new contracts but that info has not been confirmed by the club. That for me can only mean the announcements are being held back because there may be no good news to share on transfers.

Or because Alli hasn't returned from the world cup yet to do an announcement and Eriksen was pretty much straight off to the US when he returned.

I really do believe this is the case. Its why I want Zaha, as I feel we can't do much better in that position with a realistic non HG, whereas we can with centre mid.

I think one of the reasons we find it harder to do deals than the rest of the top clubs (apart from levy being difficult) is the fact that we don't pay agents nearly as much as they do. Which I think is correct btw, but money talks and the other clubs spent £15-20 million more than us on agents last year. Most of them are purely in the game for the money, and unfortunetely they have a lot of influence.

Mate the entire concept of this forum is to take all the ITK with a pinch of salt. No one is calling anyone a liar, but we’re not supposed to blindly believe all the ITK either.

I never said I believed anything at all I don't get all eat up about transfers much anymore I came to terms with it all a while back but there has been a spat of posts posting like it's fact which in turn seems to be saying what certain informed individuals are saying is bs.
Like you said believe it don't believe it but don't state your conflicting opinions as fact it's not rocket science but the constant belittling of info will stop certain people fron posting.

In short if you can't be nice bite your lip and say nowt.
