I think we have been linked with him in this mornings papers for £10m, which probably is a load rubbish and just paper talk.

But, after seeing him completely dominate our pile of wank of a midfield today, we could really do with him

Better than Zokora and Jenas but he isn't a holding midfielder, Cattermole is their holding midfielder. Although he could play that role i'm hoping Appiah is the answer for us in this role. I doubt very much Palacios would want to join Spurs anyway. I'm sure he'll go to a CL club.

I don't think Bruce would be too happy with that deal. Palacios and Valencia are very good players. Bruce has put together a decent side (Zaki, Heskey, Palacios, Valencia would all walk into our side) and I doubt he would want to break it up.

Zaki is incredibly overrated, decent player but not amazing. I'd take Defoe over him and likewise Pavyluchenko over Heskey. Palacios would get in our team, but no way would I want Lennon over Valencia. He is another who is frustratingly overrated on here.

How is Zaki overrated? He's worked his fucking nuts off in every match I've seen him play this season, and has scored a decent amount of goals in return. I think any team outside the big 4 would pay big money to have a Zaki in their team.

It is the normal reaction. But if you asked non-Spurs fans I bet they would have an entirely different response. They'd probably want a few more Wigan players too. The fact that we took only 1 point off Wigan this season and that they are miles above us in the league isn't a coincidence.

As for Zaki, he is always a handful. I bet our defenders are glad they don't have to face him every week. He is big and strong, his movement is remarkably good (not that he is fast, but he makes very intelligent movements across the defenders) and has a terrific shot.

What did Zaki do today that Pav doesnt do for us... PAv is always lively and runs around trying to get involved, if our midfield wasnt as atricious as it is Pav would look twice the player Zaki is...

Well Rodrigo is a very good player, but I am talking about Wilson.

Someone that will give his all, win tackles, headers every game in central midfield that we are lacking at the minute
