Well, I doubt Tim will be in charge at Spurs next season but here's the Winston rumous anyway...

Reid and Milner on Spurs radar as Sherwood seeks Premier League pedigree, Rodwell closer to City exit and Liverpool face fight from PSG for Konoplyanka

    • Tim Sherwood wants players with an understanding of the Premier League
    • Spurs spent £100m on players from abroad last summer
    • James Milner and Winston Reid have been linked with the north Londoners

Reid and Milner are both not the caliber of player that I'd hope for us to be looking at. Reid is alright, but I don't think he is anything special.

Well at least Milner runs around a bit quite a lot actually. Not much to show for it though.

I completely agree with Tim that experience of the Premier League is an important issue to consider when bringing people into the club.

Tim's experience of managing in the Premier League when he arrived was zero. We should, perhaps, have considered that... :cautious:

Reid has been touted by the papers to move to a bigger club already, and to be fair he's been a very important player for Spam this season. They'd never sell to us in a million years though.

If we sign James fucking Milner I'm on a one man riot.

Stealing a living is not even the phrase.

He does seem one of those players that you wonder what all the fuss is about.

Is he like the other Reid we had?

Surprised at the reaction to the Reid link, he's a pretty good center back in my opinion. I'd rather have Caulker back though.

He impressed me last year when I seen him play. Would take him as a squad player. Backup in league and start cup games.
