With Lamela & Chirchiles signing, which position is the priority?

I think thats pretty close to what most would see as our first team based on today (Once Lamela & Vlad are confirmed)

What do you feel is our priority for the next signing?

Ericksen will take us up to around 108 million in spending. dare we hope for more? I think Lamela/Ericksen solves the creativity problem, but I worry a little about goals this year since they are both so young and new to them prem.

Depends firstly if we sign Erikson, where he plays.. Been suggested he a willian 'replacement' so may play the LWF role sharing with Chadli. If so I would say a real no.10, if not another LWF.

And a quality LB

If we are spending all this dough on the rest of the team you can bet a new striker is on the horizon.

At some point we need to stop playing real life Football Manager and let AVB mould the squad into a cohesive unit.

Eriksen and the CB that's it please - I'm hoping we're done after that and the players can get on with getting settled and bonding together. Any more will be too much disruption.

Hopefully this group will now stay together for several years and grow to become a title-challenging side.

After signing Lamela and Chiriches, I think we are two moves away from the completing the squad:
1. Sign Eriksen; Sell Siguardsson or Loan Carroll .
2. Sign Left Back (Coentrao + Cash swap with Bale would be ideal); Sell Assou-Ekotto.

Then any additional moves after these two will depend if players want to go.

If Adebayor wants to leave, then we must get a backup striker as cover. Enter Leandro Damiao.

We need a striker, but I'll go against what everyone's voted for and say we need a RB.

Kyle Walker is great (when he uses that pea sized brain of his), but he has absolutely 0 competition. I think he would benefit from it and also think we would struggle to fill that position if he got injured

So much change to the squad but so far so good. All 4 of the signings looked really settled on Sunday but given their age (and positions) I think we might need to be a bit patient with Lamela, Eriksen & Vlad. If they sign of course.

To be honest, 10 days ago, I don't think Wililan was even in any of AvB or Baldini's plans and possibly Eriksen was plan A. It was just with the announcement that Anzi were having a mass sale that Willian then became available and therefore became plan A* so in reality, we are possibly back to how we were at that stage with Eriksen still being priority but during that same period we're also close to completion with Lamela and Cheriches (sp?).
