Trippier needs dropped and taken down a peg or two. Davies just isn't good enough.

Wolves 2nd half tactics definitely exposed the gaps between Trippier & Foyth. Have to feel for Foyth having the misfortune with playing alongside a rightback who switches off and gets caught ball watching.

Took us 80 minutes to figure out that asking four men to defend against five wasn't going to work. The defensive effort from the three behind Kane was woeful. Token efforts from them all.

Feel sorry for Foyth who had a good game apart from the penalties where he was trying to make honest challenges. Trippier is the one who blame can be heaped on for a massive mistaken decision. No, no, no, never in that part of the pitch. Helped to turn the game and heap heart failure on fans. Thank goodness we had Hugo in goal today. Another good game for Sissoko though he did get into some positions after good runs then it was back to non decisiveness. Kane, a goal and a couple of other times he was unluckly not to score, not too good at holding the ball up today.

Poch's been shocking, tactically, this season.

Skipp should defintiely have been on that pitch after we went 2 up.

IMO the problem was earlier than that. Dembele off, Son on was a weird one there and then.

We got away with that one for sure. Every team has at least one lucky game a season and that was ours. They had a perfectly good offside goal ruled out too. What turned out to be our winning goal was more than a tad lucky (or rather Wolves unlucky) with the lucky bounce before Lamela cut it back and then the keeper saving to a place Kane could get a second bite of the cherry (although credit both Lamela and Kane for quickly reacting).

Lloris pulled off a few good saves and Costa missed a sitter for them.

That said we are suffering from an unbalanced mess of a side due to injuries and you sense it really is a case of us staying as close to top four as possible until January.

I hope beyond hope that today was the last we will see of Trippier. Horrible defender and his reaction at Foyth was nothing short of a disgrace. I've had it with him.

We were so lucky to win, a goal that was disallowed should have stood. Our defence ended up being all over the place, not even capable of passing decently. I cannot believe how we are doing better than last season and we are playing so shit. We sure won ugly tonight.

People have to remember we lost Dembele after 3 minutes so our whole set up and tactics changed in that instance. We were basically playing Winks in midfield on his own in midfield in a 4141 formation. It was no surprise when he got tired our game went to pieces.

Winks was still closing down at the end and was putting in far more effort than Erisken

Well this is why you need to take your chances at the other end. We get 3 goals today and that is just enough to get the win today. You can always concede goals in games so it's important to try and get at least a few goals. It's just a shame it went the way it did though because this could have been a great confidence builder. Instead it leaves us unsure at the back again. 3 games in 6 days though, plenty of rotation yet we get 2 wins. Hopefully Foyth keeps his head up.

Poch has to get creative until January with what we have at full back. Might have to go old skool and put Dier RB.
