You're missing my point, I'm talking about the rules of football, not how some refs choose to interpret them. Have a look through this and show me one place where it says anything about a non-deliberate handball. Every time it mentions "handles the ball" the word deliberate is also used.

Yes but they're not going to outright say that accidental handballs should be given because it'll just create confusion and create scenarios where attackers will just purposely aim for a defender's arm
Conclusion, don't go by the rules and just use your common sense
