ITV will show England's first two matches at the 2010 World Cup, with BBC showing the third group game, as well as the last-16 and quarter-final if Fabio Capello's men make it that far.
England's World Cup campaign kicks off against the USA on Saturday, June 12 at 7.30pm UK time, with the second match against Algeria taking place at the same time on Friday, June 18.
The British commercial broadcaster will also show the opening match of the tournament as hosts South Africa take on Mexico on Friday, June 11.
The BBC's half of the England deal begins with their clash with Slovenia at 3pm UK time on Wednesday, June 23.
If England reach the semi-finals then both broadcasters will show the match, and both will screen the final regardless.
BBC and ITV will stream the matches online as well as showing them on television.
