Was he the right back who got injured or the guy who played in place of first choice RB? (During the World Cup)

Because the RB who came on for the main RB was equally as good if not better IMHO.

He played in place of the starting RB. And yes, he did look good. (y)

PS. ((EDIT)) I assume you're referring to his WC performance in Brazil? Or were you talking about the Sounders?

Yedlin came on for the injured main right back against Belgium I think. I agree, thought he looked impressive, modern day right back with a good engine. Shame it's not an immediate transfer but as one for the future I think it will be a top signing.

great business for spurs and for seattle/mls. growing market in america can only be a positive move for spurs while getting a young and exciting player at the same time. as an american spurs fan i am very excited about this move.

Just hope he doesn't turn out to be the next Kumalo which, suspiciously, we acquired soon after our South African tour.

He certainly looked decent in the WC but I hope that wasn't the first Baldini/Levy/Poch had seen of him.

I think Levy has a relationship with Klinsmann so i'm sure he'd have been asked for his opinion on Yedlin's potential and ability to step up to English football.
