I like the bulldog bar. I tend to smoke out there more than drink though, although a few of those small heineken extra colds go down a treat.

Smokeys bar lets you smoke in it openly and has football, but you may have to try and request commentary. Stones cafe sometimes shows football. Otherwise in Rembrantsplein (something like that) there is a cafe/bar called porkies, which shows a lot of games. As far as meeting other fans in those places- god knows. Would be cool if there was a spurs dutch pub meetup or something
