Stuttgart fans would run riot.

No way Kabs is going there. When they see what he demands the deal is off. Besiktas my only hope. FFS, even get rid of him on a free is good business.

True. I think every Mercedez dealership in Central Europe would be burned to the ground if that were to happen.

Lol.

I would die from a heart attack and tell St Peter to send me right back to earth if we sold Kaboul and got Werner in exchange.

Stuttgart I believe turned down 12m euros from Bayern for him last summer, and as they are in a relegation scrap I'm sure any fee they would ask would be absolutely astronomical. They apparently already turned down a healthy bid for Maxim a few days ago.
Maybe their Director has gone on holiday and they have got a temp in, which Baldini found out and told Levy. The Director comes back from holiday and the temp says, great news, I got that experienced PL level defender you wanted and we didn't even have to pay a transfer fee. We did have to give them some youngster, but no money changed hands.

I would rather keep Vlad at the moment but it'll be a shame to see Younes go. Was awesome on his day, shame he got injured when he did, at his fittest/best, would have been the ideal partner for Verts.

He went from 'very raw' to 'injuries caught up with him' with about one season at his peak (2011-12).

Seeing Fazio's composure and organisation stops me giving a second thought to his departure.

A little bit more here:

http://gianlucadimarzio.com/calciomercato-3/roma-difficolta-per-chiriches-si-tenta-per-kaboul/

"Focusing on the defence, Roma is highly active on the market. Following the difficulties w/ Chiriches, the yellowreds are trying for Kaboul, () also at Tottenham. This will be talked about, the contact is happening. And Roma is looking for it's defender..."

This would be a good move, for us anyway.

Vlad is definitely worth keeping over Younes.

Seems to me, what Spurs Roma must figure out still is whether the loan contract should come with an option or an obligation to buy.

BBC World Service Sport's John Bennett: "French and Italian media are reporting that AS Roma want to sign Tottenham's Younes Kaboul on loan with an option to buy.

"Rudi Garcia is keen to add to his squad to challenge Juventus for the Serie A title. Rio Mavuba of Lille & France is also a potential target. Meanwhile Besiktas are another club being linked to Kaboul."

Do it!!
