If Poch can turn Sissoko in to a top level Centre Mid then he can do wonders with Zaha. Youa are trying to buy a player that is;

1) 26 coming in to his prime
2) Counts for the homegrown quota
3) Can play Right Wing, Left Wing & Centre Foward on his own or as part of a 2
4) Will score 10 goals a season if given reasonable game time

That is gonna cost +£60m in the current market.

Great player in my opinion but this doesn’t make any sense although I can totally see why we would be used as a patsy in the press to raise or cement interest in him.

Zaha would be a superb signing. He’s clearly got all the talent in the world, but likely needs more astute management than he’s had to date - step forward the Poch. A two or three seasons of a fit Zaha running at defenders (something we haven’t really had consistently since Bale) is worth £60m easy. Let’s start a whip round.

If Eriksen doesn't sign a new deal, i'd much rather lose him now and get in Lo Celso and Zaha. With these two additions it really does round off our midfield and attacking areas, meaning next summer, maybe a FB, CB and GK are all that is needed.

I think Zaha's pace and power and ability to play up top at 60m in this market is a no brainer, he will get 5 plus penalties guaranteed with VAR next year. So he's basically starting the season with 5 assists, sign him up.

we could really do with a player who just is about skill and Zaha would be an amazing purchase in that regard. The top clubs have options, different weapons depending on the opposition and situation. We lack that if Zaha comes in and plays half the minutes and helps win us a league £60 million would be cheap

Where’s the 60M stuff coming from? I thought they wanted 80M?

Still think he’s a moron for signing an extension at Palace without a reasonable release clause unless he wanted to spend his whole career there.

Especially for a player that wouldn’t get in our starting eleven.

people really need to stop thinking like it is their money Levy is spending, it`s really not.. Levy and Lewis are probably going to walk away with £1 billion in profit when they finally sell the club. In my view it is perfectly reasonable that the push the boat out and try and win us a title. The clubs revenue streams are now in place and the way to increase them further commercially is success on the pitch.

would be cheap at £100 million if we won a title or champions league or even got as close as we did last season to winning a big one. Little kids are now choosing Spurs as their team instead of Arsenal Man U and Chelsea we need to grow our fan base through success and creating excitement.

the reality is if we drop out of the top 4 we will find it tougher to get back in than United & Chelsea. We need another 2 years of UCL Qualification and making it to the KO rounds to establish ourselves as the English equivalent of Dortmund, Atletico, OL.

Zaha would be a great signing for any of the teams finishing 3rd to 6th last year, as well as any of the chasers like Everton.

He's not as complete a player as Hazard, but he does have similar influence because of his ability to take players on, decent end-product (scoring and assists), and ability to concentrate opponents around him. I'm expecting Chelsea to have some real trouble picking up those points that Hazard delivered single-handedly. Zaha has that effect too and sometime you just need someone who can do something different on their own - like us in the CL final!

I don't think we'll get him at all, but I'd welcome it wholeheartedly if we did and especially if Eriksen ends up leaving.

We don't seem to even get our main targets, GLC ans Sess, so how the hell are we going to get Zaha in top of that?
