The Pen ITK cannot be Vertonghen. If you're going to use cryptic, you have at least got to make sure it fits with the answer. Whilst Berol is a brand of pen and sounds simular, it isnt B-e-r-y-l. Plus, does Jacob and other boards even know about the in-house joke about the nickname or is it just known on SC.

Its either Blanc as new manager, or Parker signing an improved contract.

The pen ITK was from Rebrab who posts here - he would know all about the nickname.

I feel something is about to happen, maybe thats just the influx of ITK in the last hour though

Surely it can't be the latter, he's got two years left on quite a generous deal has he not?

You would think not, but someone said that Jacob said it was obvious, so Parker being a type of pen seems the obvious fit. I personally hoping its Blanc.

who cares? he posted it on SC for the posters of SC who know about the Vertonghen joke.
He could have posted it on COYS (he does post there but does split his ITK over both sites) so it could still be any of those 3

There is no way Parker will be getting an extension, like somebody else has already mentioned (BC I think). Its not in Levy's make up, not to mention Parker's injury situation is pretty precarious at best.

Rebrab is clearly referring to Blanc.

But its AVB, we all know it is :)

Was just about to post this since I couldn't believe no-one else had picked up on it, but I see someone did.

a very big news is quite obviously AVB. That leaves three bits of good news, which suits me.

Can't be Vertonghen

Him coming to us has been a matter of when for weeks, worlds best kept secret, no need to be cryptic

It must be Blanc

Yes but as he may be playing for your second team coming from your first team you can't love him as muchas you did when he played for your first team. So say love him half as much, plus you should have some bad feelings that he has left your first team.

He will be that fat bird you screwed when your were pissed you loved it at the time but knew is was wrong and then in the morning you had the guilt and repulsion. It will be a very confusing time for you.

Not really... I still think hope he will come back when he is 30 and give us another couple of years

What's the point of being cryptic about Vertonghen? Everyone knows it's a formality. And anyway, that nickname is rubbish and I refuse to believe anyone will make a cryptic out of it.

Can only be about Blanc.

The media certainly do not

Loads of the media have said it is on the brink of collapse due to that clause

Agreed. The only extension Parker would get is one that gets him higher up the pitch.

Referring too on Friday in terms of something big going down is significant investment in club rather than sale of takeover,am not sure of details as if Enic are selling lump of shares or if to do with naming rights and this is why no directors are allowed on holiday i until signed off
Find it interesting Enic through various measures have gained 100% control of spurs over the last eleven years and de listed from stock exchange, they could quite easily sell 40% say for two hundred million fund npd turn us into title winners and cl winners etc with a brand new ground and development our value would go up dramatically probably around the 700-800milllion mark and Enic would still own 60% of this
I hope Dragon1's ITK is better than their financial knowledge.

ENIC do not own 100% of Spurs shares (probably somewhere between 75%-85%) and they would be very fortunate to find an investor willing to put in £200m and yet happy to leave ENIC with the controlling interest. Bear in mind at the time of delisting Spurs were valued around £100m.

AVB is not very big news since everyone including the local goats know about it.

Not necessarily AVB, I certainly wouldn't call it massive news considering he's been touted for a couple of weeks now.

Surely the massive news is about the rumoured investment. It would make sense following Bales new contract, especially if we've now broken our wage cap in order to compete.

I've got a feeling Adebayor will sign soon too.
