The window opens when the season closes. In fact transfers can be agreed at any time, but can only become effective during transfer windows.

I've got some movie ITK, I was working at Fawley power station today, and Harry Hill was there with Julie Walters, Jim Broadbent and a crew filming the Harry Hill movie, it's going to be in the cinema in December.
Sorry it's not Spurs related but there seems to be bugger all else about.

It's barely ITK, but JJ has tweeted, and in this day of nothingness, at least it's something!

This time last year we hadn't even sacked Harry yet let alone appoint AVB. Transfers will happen and I'm sure there is work being done and AVB levy will be aware of who they want and will go for their men!!
Since this time last year we have signed:
Verts
Sig
Dembele
Lloris
Dempsey
Holtby
Ade
Now only one of those....ade, can be considered a failure (and he was one of the signings that at this time last year we were praying to sign him perm!!)
My point is, relax and try and enjoy your summers and know that over the coming months we will be making signings!!!
I just hope that this time next year I can type a message again saying we signed 6/7 players and only 1 was a failure!! Not bad for a chairman 'making all the decisions'
