'Kumb insider says the Defoe deal is on...

Trap says it's not...

There's only one way to find out the truth...'

---

'Not knocking Trap as I appreciate the info he passes on but I'm sure KUMB Insider has a very good strike rate with him info doesn't he?'

---

'That's my impression too.'

so they have ITK on Defoe like we do on Bale
cheers for posting.

If we can milk Messrs Gold and Sullivan for Defoe then I'm all for it but we better have good striking options coming in because I can't say I trust Ade off the bench and whether Osvaldo is suited to not being the main man up front I have my doubts.

So far our thought process and execution with our transfer policy has been pretty much bang on so I'm still confident that we won't be lacking in any department in the aftermath.

Genuinely the only thing we can glean from any ITK is that something is going on that involves Gareth Bale. That is literally the extent we can believe.

With that, I sleep X

Be nice if Bale and the Club treated us with a bit more respect and didn't insult our intelligence really. Gareth is unfit/injured for Palace, Dinamo and Swansea. So Gareth Bale is 'injured' until the transfer window shuts, yeah very convenient that

still I don't see how Real can afford him despite ITK. They have already spent big, they don't have that kind of money

I didn't think Willian or Lamela played up front, are we planning on having Soldado as our only striker this season?

Hopefully we're just fucking with West Ham

I know there has been previous ITK on Villas-Boas being approached, most of the big media outlets reporting our manager turned down the overtures of PSG and Real Madrid this summer,

Loyalty is still alive and kicking in the game, thanks AVB hope you have a standout season

If Defoe to WHAM and Ade training alone, maybe we really are in for Osvaldo.

Oh the irony

AvB was sacked by Chelsea for allegedly trying to change too much too quick.

A big clear out seems to be occurring at our club, tearing the fabric out

Bale, Defoe, Bae, Parker, Huddlestone, BAE, Caulker, Dempsey, Adebayor

I am a bit concerned, where is the spirit going to come from?

I think tonight just slums up this transfer window entirely - the ITK roller coaster has been in full flow, part of me is really enjoying it but the other part can't wait for the window to shut, especially in regards to the bale transfer. Every bloody summer we have to endure these protracted transfers that drag on and on until we eventually see our best player leave.

Obviously I want bale to stay and have no idea if he will but I'm pretty happy with our business so far regardless, think the team is shaping up nicely and I can't wait to see some actual football!

If Ade is being problematic as some have suggested (Ade training alone etc) then it would seem silly to sell Defoe.... We would need another 2 strikers. Seems a little silly if Ade is no longer in our plans and we can't sell him!

Sandro. The Beast. No other explanation needed.

Being successful on the pitch breeds good spirit, so if buying new players helps us achieve that, then I am all for clearing out the LOLs in the dressing room.

Starting from the back, LLoris, Dawson, Kaboul, Vertongen, Walker, Sandro, Paulinhio, Dembele, Lennon, Holtby and Soldado all have tons of spirit, and other good qualities.

I don't think all those players you listed will/should go, but I think the players we have are good on the spirit front.

I think Soldado, Lloris, Vertonghen, Dawson, maybe even Walker as he's maturing and perhaps Sandro will be the leaders/spirit of the team.
