Pretty shite game and not the best of performances by us but who cares....

Capoue and Lamela are my players of the Tour.

Bit disappointed overall with these three games. We should be beating them by at least 3 clear goals.

With our best team at full fitness of course we would but that's not the point of this, it's to get into physical condition and give all players in the squad a chance.

You know who didn't suck tonight? Dawson

Really liked what I saw from Davies, he just looks so mature out there, knows where to be and what to do with the ball. Not as flashy going forward, but not useless either.

Poor if we're honest but it doesn't matter one jot, great to not pick up and serious injuries.

The passing out of defence and transitioning into midfield + beyond is so impressive, considering the little time Poch has had to implement it.

Veljkovic, Fredericks, Falque, Ceballos and (especially) Capoue and Mason MUST be around the first team next year.

Maybe, but when you generally have only 2-3 players who will be in the regular starting XI on the field at any given time, it's hard to expect any result. These are teams in mid-season, while we are just finding our legs. Tonight they looked like they were at the end of a physically exhausting three-city tour in ten days, with tough practices mixed in.

The best news to come from the tour is that Capoue, Lamela, and Soldado all looked very good. We already know Eriksen is a top class player and has proven it in the EPL, but the fact that the other 3 new signings from last year look so comfortable out there is a great sign for us.

With that said, we desperately need a left wing forward with pace and the ability to strike the ball with both feet. With Origi Remy, and Griezmann all moving to other clubs, only Konoplyanka is a reasonable target that could step in and potentially start right away for us on August 16th.

The only guy I would want in the first team is Capoue.

Impressed with Lamela, Capoue and Bobby. Let's not forget, we've 10 players to come back into the fold when we return to the UK. Add 2-3 more new faces and we should see a much improved season.
