Why Not!! I'm really confused as at no point where they good or 'playing'. We should have been 3-0 ip...
Can't agree with this post mate, Lloris made a brilliant point blank save from Gilfi at 0-0, and Toby also blocked another point blank effort from a pull back, could have been 3-3 at half time ?

If you're assuming that they could have scored all their chances then you should also asume we could have scored all ours so really it could have ended 33-5 or something.

Watching Ar#@!AL Fan TV over the last few months has got me thinking...

If..IF...they somehow manage to win the league. They have absolutely no right whatsoever to gloat, cheer, kiss the badge or have any sort of emotion. Their fans (and not just social media fans, every Scum fan I know) has done nothing but piss, groan, complain and moan ALL season. Their 'support' has been an absolute joke.

Your brevity is welcome. :)

Long lunch?

Oh, I've been around...making lengthy reasoned analyses :)

For instance, I made an analysis and some recommendations elsewhere in between the Goon game and the Spammers earlier in the season. But it ran into more than 15 words of logical reasoning so I didn't post it on here. I know any more than that is anathema. Sadly, it may transpire that some folk would have liked to have read it...but that's tough tats, now, innit.

On to our oppos and what they've been saying: I've been reading the Arse Mania United thread. It really is a joke, isn't it. I can only imagine the majority of posters are glory-hunter fans from the early Whinger years. Nothing else makes any sense. They've won two F.A. Cups in the last two seasons, and could potentially do the double (or even treble :-O ). I can understand them being a bit peeved with the loss - but it is pure rabid fury on there. One of the highlights, for me, was the member who had "ArseAnal for ever" on his avatar, whingeing that he has had enough and won't be back until they start winning. I mean, FFS, back to back FA Cups would be all-of-existence-achievements for most clubs.

That bit at the end with Claude has me in stiches, fucking hilarious. He is literally having a breakdown from how shit Arsenal are lmao. I remember spurs hurting like that many years ago...feels good to be positive about our future all the time now. Let me be clear, I mean the dark times at spurs where we always felt like the bottle jobs, it doesn't feel like that anymore, we are the real deal now IMO and have a strong sensible plan for the future, Arsenal just have turmoil on the horizon, once Wenger does go they will only get worse.

I'm sure they will be 'up for it' but, honestly mate, they have 1 footballer in that team in Payet. The rest of them are just horribly average on the ball.

Whenever they were put under pressure they surrendered possession. And we'll press the hell out of them.

Also, I still cannot quite believe that James Collins is a Premier League footballer.

Anyway I know you're being cautious, as I tend to be normally. However I'm starting not to worry as much about our bottle these days and if we bring it to the Boelyn we'll beat this lot IMO.

I agree they do have a collection of some truly average (to put it nicely) players. But, as you mentioned, Payet is a match-winning type and we have been giving away too many free kicks in the exact range he flourishes at. Also, Lanzini is now back and he is quality on the ball. Emenike is also around who can convert chances and I like Kouyate in the middle of the pitch for them.

Their defense is terrible in my opinion. Collins is garbage, Ogbonna is serviceable at best, Cresswell gets praise because he plays a lot but it doesn't cover up the fact he's average and their RB will likely be the shoehorned Antonio.

I could see this being a match that ends 3-2, all things considered. Hopefully in our favor.

Frightening the reaction on Arse Mania. They're 3 points behind us and still have us to play. Ok that could be 6 but unlikely. Serious meltdown in progress. Long way from over yet as far as I'm concerned.

Here's some comments:

"Desperately need to buy a top CM. Ramsey/Coquelin is Spurs level I think."

Funnily enough Spurs' midfield 3 has looked very good this season. (y)

Wenger needs to make it clear that our win vs. Leicester means jack **** if we don't step up here. FFS and we still have to go to WHL and Etihad..

The only feckers happy must be Leicester. What about the real team from North London?

Win this game changes nothing in my book. This United team are garbage and we cant even play properly. That's all you need to know I reckon. You didn't win and you're right, you're garbage

Hope big Fab keep up his heroic against spurs at 2nd half. Not quite

Wenger has 45 minutes to save his job I reckon, fail to win this and we're not winning the league, and that's a sackable offence.

Okay come on, Norwich won here. Surely we must be able to do the same.

Luckily we're only playing their youth team. If we somehow magically click we could easily turn this around still. :D

Thank Christ spurs are losing too. :ROFLMAO:

Finally, Giroud, its shameful how excited i am for olivier giroud to come on and change our fortunes

**** off Theo, you can walk back to London.

After Utd's 3rd

I'm done. Cya next year - so 2017 then?

This is their 3rd team.Their 3rd team. :D

Thankfully Spurs are losing at home to make us feel better :ROFLMAO:

Doesnt make me feel any better. We're losing a league to Leicester o_O

are Swansea still winning? - Not for much longer ;)

Spurs up next away. Dreading it!

Özil! 3-2. Stop calling him names.

Two more. Come on.

And spuds equalise as we score a 2nd

**** Spurs, we need to sort ourselves out first.

spurs 2-1 up now.:D

Hardly surprising. They're a good side. We're ****. What a season this is shaping up to be. Spurs in front of us, Leicester even further away. Might be Wenger's last game at OT.

Well impressive of Spurs to come back from behind. They are contenders now, we are not anymore unless we win there

Tottenham are going to win the league. Jesus H Christ.

This has been clear since Christmas. Out of the top four you only have to watch them play to see they have been consistently the best team. We have literally sat back and watched them come from behind us to now get better than us. On nowhere near the budget either. (y)

Wenger would obviously have to resign if we finish below Spurs

I hereby concede the title, just gotta finish above Tottenham

Spurs are 3 ahead of us lads. Spurs are 3 ahead of us... Spurs are 3 ahea... **** My Life

League is over Leicester or Spurs for the league just let that settle in for a minute

Double blow for me this year. Finishing below Spurs, without a title and possible with Spurs holding the title.

If Spurs win the league... I'm not sure if I can be so involved with Football anymore... Their fans... oh god...

If spurs win the league London bridge will have a new suicide statistic

Put it right against a much hungrier Spurs side who will be up for the NLD. Also, considering we're a mentally weak side. Only one way that game is going.

Yes I agree title is gone- spurs have more chance - I feel sick

As good as this Spurs side are playing I can't help but feel they'll f*** it in typical Spurs-fashion. Got a feeling something will put a spanner in the works for them. They're Spurs, even God hates them.

Would have been ok if we'd lost the title to Man City or whatever, but all we've accomplished in our last two league games is that we've helped Spurs become favourites for the league.

It would be typical of us to go on to smash Tottenham though. Admittedly as things stand the title is gone but would be typical

We can't even go to WHL trying to get draw to help Leicester. Our best hope is to go all out and hope they have off day. The state of our team....

If they cared as much about winning the league as they do about their hair we'd be top. :ROFLMAO:

And finally this from Wenger in the post match interview:

"let's not go overboard, they had a very experienced midfield and have spent a lot of money"

I forgot they won back to back FACups, but that may make this season worse because they should be winning the title. It is their best chance.
