4-4-2 in big games with Daka and Kane up top. Kane dropping deep, Daka playing off the shoulder on the counter. Both 6ft + and can finish with both feet.

Would be class, and go some way to softening the blow if Kane did devastatingly decide to leave at any point.

Son and Daka running off Kane’s knockdowns and passes on the counter is an insane thought. If he transitions well to the league it’d be on par with Liverpool’s front three for pace and creativity. Christ I need a lie down or cold shower...

8 nil at half time and 10 nil at full time. It’s a cup game against a Sunday league side.
You do relise your comment goes directly against the status quo who believe Daka is a goal-scoring demi-god, born to score goals irrespective of the standard of opposition.

This will not be well received, how dare you state the bleeding obvious in a player-thread.

Allowing facts to get in the way of an arm-chair scout is a crime punishable by death on SC.

This is the one, would be a great signing. This is where Herc's comment on spending money on a player with the right profile comes in.

Huge potential on the pitch and huge sell on value to keep Mr Levy happy. If we don't sign him this window he will end up going to Germany in one of the next two transfer windows. Really hope we are working on this deal

This guy may not be the hold up player some want on here, but his raw talent and finishing are incredible. This guy is probably better than a young Aubameyang and has the exact same playstyle.

I can finally repost again after the mods deleted all the posts last time he was mentioned.

This is how I feel about this potential transfer

Considering this is the first actual news story about Daka and Spurs, I think this would qualify as JJ’s under the radar player.

Also in line with Herc’s ITK on 21-25 year olds available at around £25m.

Yep. Here we go. Must be far along if Ally is letting the cat out the bag.

I couldn't care less about any other potential transfer this window - Bale, Reguillon, whoever. Daka is the one I want more than any other and finally have a quality rotation option for our front line. He will scare the shit out of opposition defenders.

I really hope he’s the one. The only thing that makes me think otherwise is that he’s played tonight and scored 4!! So if a deal was close he surely wouldn’t have played ??‍♂️

The number of times news outlets have changed their tune, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we ended up signing Patrick Bamford now...

However, I bow to Trix's optimism that this is his most optimistic in 10 years.

Fingers crossed.
