I've been posting for quite a while here that he needs to be sold, that he won't perform well enough anymore, he needs a new environment, he needs fresh air.

In the amazon doc mourinho called him out a couple of times for being a lazy trainer and dug him out when they were going over some match footage, cant remember which one, about him defending.

I think the man has just had enough of dele and trying to get him fired up. Its time to cash in.

I’m no fan of Jose but in this instance Dele only has Dele to blame.

Dele needs to leave that is becoming clearer and clearer but tonight there were another 9 outfield players and at least 7 of them were as shit as he was. Add to that Lucas and Lamela that were just as shit in the second half.

I think a few of the players deserved the chance to grow into the game (like Dele).

Where's the agenda? He's given players equal chance since he's been there, and dele has flopped massively.

He's living off his last good season 2 years ago, and Mourinho has rightly called him out on it.

Don't think today helped his confidence much.

Its sad to see. He's a quality player, stuck in a rut, and doesn't look like he's getting out of it any time soon.

Christ, that's a hard thing to 'hear'. It's pretty obvious what he's saying.

Really saddened by what's happened to Dele. Not that I would criticise Mourinho. He's done all he can to get the guy going and it just doesn't seemed to have worked. Such a waste, such a waste. That kid could have been on his way to being one of the greats, but he's on completely the wrong track at the moment.

I think he's maybe one of those players that needs the team built around him, and ours just isn't.

I have always been a Dele fan....however there are 100,000 reasons why he should be pulling out all the stops to not just impress Jose but maybe impress the fans. If he doesn’t get that I struggle to see how he will fit in anywhere else.
