I hate to say it and I do think that O'Neil has done a good job since taking over at Bournemouth and I do think that Conte has to, and will get time but we are very predictable at the moment so I can't imagine that it takes much tactical nous to set up against us at the moment.

We could be losing in a cup final and Conte wouldn’t divert from a back 3. No point even contemplating it.

With out Dier and Romero, a back 4 is probably a better option

Right then, subs needed at half time. Ollie Skipp is a brilliant young player but he’s never an attacking midfielder. Put Bryan on in his place, get Doherty or Spence on at RWB, and either move Royal to RCB or bring on a different player for Sanchez.
