If you really think we would be an option for players like this then you need to switch your expectations. Until we start winning major trophies consistently we would be a step down for these type of players. Also didn't he cost Atletico about £100mill?

Not sure where he fits in the side unless we sell one of the four CMs we already have.
I do think we need another midfielder for when we play a 352. I just don't think McKennie is the right fit. I'd prefer someone with more of a creative spark.

I think his best fit is rotation with Hojbjerg - in either a 2 or 3.
