I’ve never seen a team make so many problems for themselves.

I cannot wait for the season to end and I’m dreading going to the stadium on Saturday. Fucking shit

I don't think some of these players are good enough...that's a fact.

But, come on!

That was the exact same system, same subs, same personnel.

Yes we started a bit brighter but ultimately that was Conte's system AND decisions.

If Stellini had made a few changes to personnel or 3 in midfield and we throw it away it'd all be on the players but it's clear they cannot play this system and are not been coached well enough under pressure/with the ball.

Everton only threatened from crosses/balls wide.

So push the team into Everton's half and six them in.
Go to 3 in midfield and have Skipp cover/block counter attacks.
Play Lenglet LB and tell him to push up.

Nope, we sit back and have players stood in positions waiting for the ball, whilst 2 midfielders are getting overrun by a team with 10 men.

Honestly the decisions being made by experienced coaches is mind boggling
Spot on 👏

They are taking suicidal passing out to new levels. Crazy.

If they’re not confident on the ball then just play it long, with Everton pushing forward there would have been ample space for us to get in behind. It’s like we know what our weaknesses are but for some moronic reason instead of trying patch them up we go out of our way to expose them.

It’s no different to putting a person with Agoraphobia in the middle a packed rowdy pub and saying don’t worry you won’t have a panic attack. They bloody well will. Been there, done that, got a wardrobe full of T-shirts.

Really needed someone to come in and invigorate this set of players, shake them up. Just giving Stellini and Mason the job always felt a little bit like throwing in the towel to me, which of course is not the intention. Baffling decision if you actually believe this season is salvageable.

I know Levy doesn't pick the team, but he is the cause of our on the field problems. Did he expect any different when appointing Conte's assistant?

Would've made much more sense having Redknapp or Jol in temporary charge being assisted by Mason. Probably didn't want to pay Stellini off.

p.s. away fans were brilliant again and don't deserve being served up this crap

Don't know football? We literally had an extra man, and the players done fuck all. They hid. That's not on any manager, that's a players mentality down to the core.

We have had the same issues with the same players with different managers, it's hardly a coincidence!!!
We should have chucked on an extra person in the middle as soon as it happened for Dier to gain advantage.

What do you think it is? Not asking you as an ITK. Just think there's something rotten in the heart of Denmark and interested in your view.
I just think winning isn't important enough as a club. I think there's a really poor mentality running through the place and I think for the new players coming in it's so easy to adopt that mentality.

Sick of these players. Absolutely pathetic. A point the least Everton deserved.

You can put it on the same formation and system again. But these fucking weak players just unable to sort themselves out on the pitch are why we couldn't see that game out. It's like a default setting when we go a goal up, fucking ridiculous every time.
Not one of em' at 1-0 taking control of the situation, lambasting sloppy play, getting players to push up. Where are the leaders!

Just sick of em. And any of them can go in the Summer as far as I'm concerned.

Conte was proven right, yet again. A bunch of losers.
I don't know how people could disagree with this. Its always the manager never the players! Thats why they can put up performances like this because no one will make them accountable.

You can blame all the managers you want, but this has been a gutless, prideless, embarrassing showing from the players. It's the worst display I've seen in years considering this is a full strength team out there. No one wants the ball, no one wants to make runs, and nobody looks like they give a shit.

These prices are gutless. But did anyone see stellini or Mason scream to push up and keep attacking? It's gutless to the core

It's not the manager, it's the lazy, gutless, dickhead players - it has been for years now

Can't believe people on this thread are still saying things like "get a proper manager in"
