Whilst I would not be terribly unhappy with any of Slot, Kompany or Ange. I am not particuarly excited by any of them either. They do all seem a similar profile so that is promising from a shortlist point of view as we normally seem vert scattergun in our approach.

If it is to be any of the three mentioned I'll happily give them time and patience but these three options were not the top names on my list. Of the three names my preference would be Slot.
Thing is the big name managers who are winners have led to us slipping down the table, playing awful football and now home games are just toxic.

I loved Poch and would be all for him, except his recruitment was shocking. Big money on Ndombele and Sanchez.
Whoever we get just needs to be able to improve who we have and work with a good director of football or chief scout to improve our recruitment. Our signings the last 5 years have been shockingly bad.

The other key thing is we need to at least play football to make us even remotely enjoyable to watch. This season even when we have won has often been turgid football. If Slot, Ange or Kompany can change this and see us gradually improve both our style and results, then I am all for it. Mourinho and Conte have been disasters

Honestly, there isn’t a manager out there, who under this ownership will change this crop of players into winners. I’m convinced it’s years of misery ahead.

I think De Zerbi is the best option tbh
By absolute miles. Some of the Brighton performances are just phenomenal. They are so exceptionally well coached. I watched a lot of his Sassuolo side and they were fantastic as well, played way above their budget/status.

It's De Zerbi & Nagelsmann in terms of known commodities, we should go all out for one of these two. If unsuccessful and/or we want to take more of a gamble then Slot, Kompany, Ange, Gallardo, or Amorim are the options.

We all know this clown show will appoint Potter or Rodgers.

I want Kompany now because likely we will have Bellamy as well. Best if we can get Edgar Davids in some capacity too. Or promote Toure. Need some tough men to whip the boys up.

Excited by any of those. Progressive, front foot football and likeable personalities that fans can take to.
I'm not a massive potter fan but I'd take him over all of those.

Anyone coming in needs to seriously galvanise this club and fans. This is as bad as I can remember the relationship between club, players and fans. Not many I would fight to keep and seriously hate the owners right now.

The damage we are doing now without a manager will be seen next year. Romero will want out in the summer. Stock never been higher after world cup and expect a big team to come in. Kane will push to go, absolutely no doubt.

The rest of the team (Barring Son who gets a pass) would struggle to get any interest from any of the top four leagues.

Not attached to many of these players but the next manager has so much to do to right this mess. The defense is mind blowingly shit. Seriously need two CBS a left back and a right back based on what we're witnessing right now.
