Nah its not the guy who keeps linking kane. That's that Plettiburg fella!Hmm it is isn't it? Not sure he is a good source?
Isn’t Jobsagoodun the Australian manager we’re also looking at?Agreed on both counts. Conte to Roma; Jose to PSG; Nageslmann to us.
Jobsagoodun
Yeah he's still technically a Bayern employee I believeBayern need to be paid a compensation fee for whoever signs Nagelsmann, so I’m confident they’ll be kept in the loop.
Only if before the season ends, although don’t really understand when they sacked himBayern need to be paid a compensation fee for whoever signs Nagelsmann, so I’m confident they’ll be kept in the loop.
Because we were talking about to Tuchel and they panicked.Only if before the season ends, although don’t really understand when they sacked him
One has to remember he is technically still employed by BM and anyone wanting him would have to pay them compensation. Tbh his links to BM is the only thing that makes me think there might be some truth in this.Doesn’t seem particularly likely to me that Falk, being so closely tied to Bayern, would have the first clue about what their former manager is thinking/doing.
Feels a little like 2+2=5 (so I guess it fits well in here at present…)
There does indeed seem to be a bit of ‘snark’ in that tweet however, but I don’t really see why that should be the case. They sacked him - it’s not like he quit and did them dirty…
I try to not read a lot of itHave you been on this forum?
I know why they sacked him, I don’t really understand how they can expect comp when they are the ones who terminated his contract.Because we were talking about to Tuchel and they panicked.
Nagelsmann would obviously be a no brainer but Slot is very much in the conversation by the sounds of it though. There's one man for the job now. Anyone else we have been linked with is a MASSIVE step down from our last 3 managers.
We can't take a gamble on Slot.
Nagelsmann is the sort of manager that could keep Kane. He's a massive name that gets players wanting to sign and work with him.
Slot would be good for West Ham.
Yeah.... I fear that scenario too....appointing Brendan Rodgers would just be kicking the can down the road.I'd be quite happy with Slot- I think the Spurs fans would take to him, and he plays the right sort of football- but I'm worried about the reports coming out of Holland of the £20m plus we'd have to pay Feyenoord in compo. Can't see Levy paying that for a relatively inexperienced manager. Are these reports correct?
If this is the case I could see Brendan Rodgers being our next manager as options dwindle.
Before we get more complaints about the Poch to Chelsea thing taking over the threadOK it's obviously time to get back on track.
If you really must, here's a thread where you can offer up your thoughts on Poch to Chelsea
Mauricio Pochettino
If he ends up at Cfc can we blame levy for letting it happen ? Asking for some friends.www.spurscommunity.co.uk
Then we can go back to using this thread for whoever, as their turn comes back around
Falk is the Head of football for Bild group. Doesn't Nagelsmann's girlfriend work for Bild? There's a connection. Although it's probably just guesswork like you sayDoesn’t seem particularly likely to me that Falk, being so closely tied to Bayern, would have the first clue about what their former manager is thinking/doing.

Nagelsmann is a generational manager.
I like Slot but there’s no comparison IMO.
Slot would have been someone we appointed back in 2014 like Poch.
We now have the infrastructure to try and compete with the big boys and I hope we go for the best young manager on the market.
If Nagelsmann is interested then it has to be him.
Obviously something in the contract.I know why they sacked him, I don’t really understand how they can expect comp when they are the ones who terminated his contract.
I can see a lot of younger managers struggling with the older lot at Bayern to be fairAgree. He’s by far and away the best candidate for us in terms for tactical flexibility, ambition, profile, attacking football, player development.
My only concerns are his age and personality. I’ve read a lot of stuff about how he failed to command respect of older players, and generally how his arrogant attitude can rub players up the wrong way.
