I love the varied reactions on here...I don't listen to Talksport so I only have third hand dislike to go on from you guys.

I got mugged in London when I was 14 (don't tell my mum) at knife point by 4 youths. Scared me crapless at the time. Didn't go back into London for about 6 months. I laugh about it now.

So my mesage to Adrian is - 'don't worry times a great healer, you'll get through it eventually. I had the support of some good friends. If you need some, i think I still have their contact details...'

He doesn't just talk shit, though. He has spent the last 12 months mocking the fuck out of AVB at every opportunity. Who can forget "QPR will finish above Tottenham now they've employed Redkapp"? He takes a pop at our club at every possible opportunity, then, when one of our supporters phones in & starts running rings around him with FACTS that prove his every word wrong, he simply cuts them off & moves on to the next caller, who just happens to be somebody who is happy to go along with his constant mocking & slagging off of THFC..

The guy is a cretin and a chancer. At least Bin laden was honest about being scum!!

I don't listen to him, mate. I don't need to because all my followers on twitter keep tweeting his 'anti Tottenham' bullshit. I should also point out that I've not once stated that he deserved to be mugged at knife point, I've simply been explaining that he's been laying the boot into ALL THINGS THFC for bloody ages. I personally couldn't give a crap what happened to him, or what happens to him in the future. However, the club I've supported for over 35 years, THAT I do love. So by sheer association, anyone who shits on my club = Pond-life

The guy is belligerent and abrasive in how he talks about people and how he treats people who challenge him. He sets out to get a type of reaction which often goes beyond the limits of 'banter' in my eyes (or ears as it were), and his refusal to ever acknowledge he's wrong coupled with his glee at twisting the knife at every opportunity with regards to individuals (i.e specifically he targets AVB rather than just the club) is what takes his style of 'broadcasting' beyond being a professional WUM and gives it a rather foul tasting vindictive edge.

I wouldn't wish a mugging on anyone, but as I've said in other threads in the past, if the guy ever gets a kicking from an irate football fan (especially one of Arsenal or Spurs whom he seems to spend 99% of his show trying to discredit), he'll have done much to provoke it.
