Bale is striker no 1. We need a poacher or target man to play with him. Defoe and Ade fine as back up.

If Bale is to play forward, we need a winger. Townsend isnt good enough to be a starter. He's looked okay playing for QPR.

When we go for the cheap option we end up with the likes of sigudsson,holtby,dempsey etc.

A world class strikeforce can transform any team. People forget that most world class strikers are also creative.

Central midfield deficiencies can be covered up with sandro and dembele in there.

We couldn't afford leandro last season.

If we want to buy him now we have to stop wasting money on squad players. Target 2 quality players and use all transfer funds on them.
