I subscribe to his YouTube channel, like a lot of us do. I really enjoy his weekly videos.
Whenever I watch them I can't help but feel like he is speaking directly to this forum. There is rarely a video that doesn't reference the hot topics of this site. I know he used to contribute under his own name, but I do wonder if he has since created an alternative account.

So if you're out there Ally, keep up the excellent work. Maybe in your next video give us a sign you're still keeping an eye on us, perhaps slip in the word "Pasty"

I always make sure to comment, even if its a throwaway "Thanks Ally" comment just to support his channel. It was his regular articles that drew me to SC all those years ago.

His videos are great. Damn he can talk though. Not sure if there are any other journalists doing YouTube vlogs on Spurs but now |I've got his I wouldn't want to go back to not having one.

Love his videos. His balanced views have helped me through the last few seasons.

Never gets too carried away with the good or the bad. And he comes across as a bloke you'd love to go for a pint with and talk absolute nonsense with for a few hours

I do like his videos too, and does seem like just a nice guy for what it's worth. I think if this thread does turn into a place where we can put all of what he says in and discuss, I just hope it is a thread where we can do just that, and not one that turns into whether what he claims is accurate, if he knows anything, if he just hears what the club wants him to hear etc.

Us oldies remember Ally contibuting to the forums. So it's like have updates from a mate.

I won't lie; I preferred Chris Cowlin's stadium build videos but Chris has become a bit annoying since and I always look forward to Mr Gold's next video although we never really hear anything we don't know already.

He's certainly been the voice of reason lately.

I cant listen or watch videos longer than 10 minutes if its not a movie or tv show but honestly, I can watch his videos in full & usually enjoy them. Informative & calming. Something I think we all need with this club. Myself, especially.

There’s no need to “watch“ his videos. I just listen to them at night amongst many favoured podcasts.
