Looks like the media are getting very excited by seeing Bale attending Man U v Real Madrid. Even Man U fans think that by seeing Bale at the game, he will want to join united.

I got a feeling the united will let Rooney nani and Ashley young leave and make a massive bid for Bale. I think Real Madrid will also make a big bid for him. Question is will Levy reject the bids if we get in the champions league?

He went to watch the biggest football match in the champions league so far this year, and watched Ronaldo, whom he bases a lot of his style on, live.

So what? Media sensationalisation just because it means they can run a "Bale to Real/Utd" story.

Next thing we know he'll be spotted at Inter Milan. Wish he would stop shamelessly whoring himself across Europe. I think it's started to really affect his performances of late.

Maybe he was window shopping........He did nothing wrong and the press can do one.

We keep improving the rate we are... Bale going nowhere.

Modric probably got him a ticket. I hope he got an early night we've got a big game on Thursday.

Maradona was there too, caught by the cameras smooching his wife. His own wife this time.

If I were a professional footballer, I'd be asking for a free seat at one of the biggest games in the world

Nothing in it IMO but I think he will end up at United, not this summer but I think its the only club he would really want to join.

Fair enough. We get to keep him for another 3 yrs then. I'd happily wave him off, even on a free, if we cement ourselves as a top 4 side in the meantime and the club earns ~£100m in increased revenues as a consequence. It's a fair exchange that.

If DL does sell him to Yanited, it would be a crushing blow, imo. I really believe that. The board and the club would define itself as not worthy of competing at the same level by doing so. Feel free to disagree but selling to yanited would be a major mistake, imo, and not just in the case of strengthening a so-called rival and weakening ourselves but the impression it would give others of the club from the outside.
