Said this

"If he deems that not to be a sending off then he shouldn't be refereeing football matches, never mind World Cup Finals."

True say.

Souness likes to tell it like it is.

Can anyone remember if Parker put in a strong challenge on MB before this happened?

We lost that's football...I'm still proud of the way we played though.

We all need to move on from this game and not bitch about Ballotelli. Looking at the incident with Parker, I really don't believe he meant it also it doesn't suite our nature, as Spurs Supporters to complain.

IMO the tides turning in our favour if we continue with our structure, we'll be challenging for league titles and CL for Tottenham thats GOOD.

I have to admit that at first glance I didn't think the Balotelli incident looked intentional as he looked off balance more than anything else.

The Lescott elbow on the other hand I didn't like!

Makes it even worse. City should have had 9 men and we should have had a penalty. YET AGAIN fucked over by decisions. We should be top of the league.

Sorry to dig you out mate, but I disagree (kind of). Lescott should've been sent off for the fore arm smash, but if he goes Ballotelli probably wouldn't have come on as he came on afterwards. So in my opinion only 1 of them could've gone, if it was Lescott then the game changes completely and the Ballotelli incident doesnt happen. But Ballotelli should've gone once the Lescott incident has gone unpunished.

And why was that **** Lescott celebrating like he'd scored the winner in the cup final from 30 yeards, when in fact the only time he moves his leg in the direction of the ball it was in?

Barcelona are the best footballing team in the world but they now how to mix it up with teams and players that play physical. Stop whinging, its pathetic. They played hard and they won. We should learn to do the same. Being fair does not pay.

I'm sorry but this post is pish.

They did not play hard, they cheated. /god the amount of morons on here beggars belief.

More should be made out of Lescott trying to take Kaboul's head off with his forearm. Why does Webb always fuck us over? Why have we been fucked over be officials this season?

You're all missing the most important point, neither of them could have been red because Mancini didn't wave his cards.

Didn't see the game but those videos are apalling. It's criminal that 3 refs don't manage to see such obvious fouls. Retrospective cards must seriously be discussed around the table, everyone knows the refs have a hard job but the players now know they're equally likely to get away with it as get caught. Where's the respect for the game and the fans in all of this?

I don't have a problem with teams playing hard I do when they play against the rules and get away with it for whatever reason.

I used to love how we never moaned and just got on with the game, but we need to start crowding the ref in these instances. We got robbed at Stoke, and today at City, who knows what would have happened but Lescot's arm has no business going in that high against Kaboul. As for Balotelli, I thought it was an accident, but that GIF has made it alot more clearer, complete moron.

Agreed.. the players must learn to protest more to the ref.. if this two incidents were to happen to Man U and Chelsea.. you can expect they will go after the ref like swarm of bees.. lead normally by Terry, Lampard and Rooney, etc

Sky Sports website have pissed me off too with their 'Super Mario' headline.

Obviously they find violent thuggish behaviour acceptable...

Nothing super about kicking someone in the head.
