I’m expecting a very frustrating match. Burnley are the definition of anti football. It’s going to be a boring slog trying to get a goal and hoping they don’t catch us on the break with a sucker punch.

If we score early we could get a few, but if it’s still 0-0 after thirty minutes or so I expect this thread to be full of thoroughly unpleasant comments about our midfield.

Hope we can get a win. Hope Burnley go down.

Sorry to reiterate but Sissoko needs to be dropped immediately from PL squads. He has been absolutely horrendous. All he does is pass backwards every single time

Mourinho should fucking know this by now. All he should be is an EL filler against the dross so our better players can be rested.

Looks like we've caught them on the wrong night.

Burnley look massively up for it and it's been a brutal, physical, intense contest. We've matched them throughout but it's been tight.

Can't really fault any of our players - they've given everything but we're lacking that spark. I think Lo Celso might be the answer to take the sting out of Burnley and add a bit of extra craft.
