Leipzig are no walk over but, all things considered, probably the best result we could have hoped for.

Happy enough with that draw, what price us to win the whole thing, got a good feeling

My early predictions:

Dortmund - PSG: Dortmund
Real Madrid - Man City: Man city
Atalanta - Valencia: Valencia
Atletico - Liverpool: Atletico
Chelsea - Bayern: Bayern
Lyon - Juve: Juve
Spurs - Leipzig: Spurs
Napoli - Barca: Barca

Edit: I meant Real Madrid to go through not City

Worth noting Leipzig are top of the Bundesliga with 1 more goal then Bayern (most in the league) & the least goals conceded, will be interesting to see what their form is like when we play them.

One of Valencia and Atalanta in the quarters, too. Madrid v City, Altetico v Liverpool. Love it.

Good. Good team of course but Barca was i feared. May have the best draw of any English team, despite coming second.

I went to Dresden and a couple of towns round there for work about a decade ago. It was pretty depressing so I wouldn’t begrudge Leipzig fans their team if Leipzig is anything like that area.
Leipzig's actually pretty nice. Not exactly a beautiful city but has big wide boulevards, a few nice parks and also a bit of a cool/alternative Berlin vibe. Fucking brilliant kebabs too.

Leipzig are top so won't be easy. Saying that though, I'm sure Dortmund were top and unbeaten at home when we played last year and we know how that went. Roll on February!
