Dembele and Dier are both class and pretty much irreplaceable in the engine room.

You can see when the mouse doesn't play we don't play anywhere near as well, we need to look to either bring in someone as another option to those two or perhaps blood Winks and see if he's up to the task (which I kinda thought he may have the potential to be).

I find it astounding that anyone could even contemplate the idea of selling Mousa. He started the first four matches of the season on the right as we know. Since then, of the 23 matches he's started, we've lost none. Of the ten matches he hasn't started in that period, we've lost 4. He is quite simply vital to our team.

It would be dumb to sell him.. he has been irreplaceable this season... though if he did go he could be replaced.. Dahoud or Kroos (unlikely) could easily not weaken us

I really, really like Dahoud. Fantastic player. However, I don't think he would have the same impact as Dembele in the Prem, as a considerable component of Dembele's contribution to this side in this physical league is his ability to shield the ball from any one or any thing, be it of this earth or the immaterial. Dahoud is fantastic at exploiting space, but we don't have a fraction of the pace and directness Gladbach does in their attack.

So respect to you for picking out an excellent young player, but I don't think he'd be anywhere near as significant to us as Dembele has become this season.

I think for his age he has great strength at shielding the ball & picks passes really quick.. he has great feet like Moussa.. No two players are exactly the same anyway.. so it was more looking at who could fit beside Dier.. The wise choice for him would be to stay where he is however I do think he has the attributes to succeed in PL.. Having said that there's no-way I want Dembele to leave
