We have. And its mostly down to the academy kids that have come through... Long may it continue. I just hope it really was nothing to do with Sherwood and our academy setup can continue to provide our kids the best opportunity to fulfill there potential and carry on getting our kids starting for the seniors ahead of the glam imports... Oh and Poch. Well played sir. Well played.

I think we all understand we are a work in progress, the Palace result was in our hands but after the pen, the momentum turned.

What I am enjoying is the fact we are still in ALL competitions with some exciting games to play, including the possibility of League cup final as long as Sheffield don't want it more than us, which I feel would not be an issue and is a key part in the rejuvenation of the squad under Poch.

I think the fact our players (and now hopefully our board) are behind the manager and everyone seems to be pulling in the right direction, is a massive positive step. The emergence of Kane, Mason, Bentaleb and hopefully more has given us all something we believe in I think.

Sadly I do think we need to credit Tim nice but Dim on this a little as it seems our youth set up he was massively involved with (or at least looked like from the outside) is starting to bare fruit and lets not forget Bentaleb was his love child and he shoved Kane in the limelight to being with.

I think we have already turned the corner but it was never going to be plain sailing, we can see things are improving and once again we have hit the wall of "what do we do in the final 3rd, when the opposition wants to sit back and hit us on the break" - 2 longer term managers (Harry & AVB) could not find a solution, it's now up to Poch and his team to show us he can.

COYS!

If there's one thing I do hope, its that this Final (whatever the score may be) will show the average Spurs fan that maybe this Poch guy and the core squad that he seems to trust is worth having a little patience in.

And when I say the average Supporter, I mean the kind you bump into in the pub or on the street. Not those that spend there spare time Browesing Internet forums. ;p

One could say that... One could also say the last LC win was followed by 2 from 8 games...

Wembley final.
3 points off fourth.

Managers first season with a squad of players that aren't 'his'.

I did enjoy that corner.
