Good interview, though I do feel he’s underplaying how difficult he was for both Pochettino and Mourinho at points during their respective tenures.
He can deny it if he wants, but it’s pretty glaring he only signed his new contract a month after MP was fired. Certainly a factor.

I absolutely do not understand their points system, though…
At the end of the regular season, there's a play off for the title between the top four, starting with the points from the 34 game regular season getting halved (and rounded up). The top four then play eachother home and away, earning 3 points for a win and 1 for a draw.
