I don't know where we stand now - but through 16 games we had scored the most goals ever for Spurs through 16 games - including the Poch and Harry era...

We're not a competitive side, losing easily everytime we come up against our supposed rivals. I don't know what a quirky stat is supposed to show? We've also conceded more than double arsenal's goals against and x3 Newcastle's.

He’s great at knowing how to win with a tried and tested system. But if you don’t have all the parts you need, do you persist with the same system, or find a workaround or alternative approach. Conte is a good manager but not for us. He’s not managing the situation well. Our squad has problems but it’s woefully underperforming. Redknapp would have secured us more points with this team. We need a pragmatist, not an idealist. I think Guardiola would do a similarly poor job for us.

So his system works then, but peoples patience is a bit shit.
Who's had the most successful career? Redknapp the "pragmatist" or Conte the idealist?
I'd also argue Conte is a pragmatist, his system is proven, so the pragmatic approach would be to follow that system, even if it's a bit rocky in the middle, the end result has produced 5 league titles.

Poch was brilliant manager for us, but after 5 years it burned out. It's complely normal. Mourinho was bad manager which basically didn't improve single player here. It just didn't work for Nuno, maybe the club was too big or something else. To be honest I don't understand this argument that we have 9th highest revenue without also mentioning there are 4 other PL clubs with higher revenue than ours.

Ok, it's Levy's fault he didn't spend 300m and our squad isn't the best in the league.

But it's definitely not his fault that this squad made 10 points in last 10 PL games and conceded the most goals itl during this period, or that we we went 2 goals behind in 8 games from our last 14 games(plus another 3 games when we conceded first) in all competitions, or that until this City game last time we were winning after 1st half was 12th October, or that our 1st squad was knocked from Carabao by 2nd Forrest team or that we were nearly knocked out from Champions League. This is massive underperfoming for the coach that should be sacked.

So our frame of reference for manager performance should be 10 games now huh?

No, because football coaching is totally different, and it's been explained on here how he coaches and how he coaches the existing players and adds other pieces, not changing to something different for short term gain, wasting months coaching something else and then going back to coaching your original "winning system with 3 teams".
If you don't like it, ping DL an email and ask him why he was hired to start with.
