Either we back him and become a genuine top European club, or we don't and he walks. If he walks then we've no chance of another top manager, they know if we haven't backed Conte, we wont back anyone.

These comments are not too dissimilar to ones made by Jose for which he was roundly criticised for….. funny that.

Although I have no problem with anything he’s said, we’ve all known for years that the state of this squad is abysmal. It’s quicker to pick players you want to stay than it would be to list the ones we need shot of.

I totally understand what you’re saying and agree to a point but just imagine how toxic it would get for Levy if he didn’t back Conte properly and Conte decided to walk.
Levy has absolutely nowhere to hide now imo.
